NZIE’s Academic Director Ruth Cooper and Programme Leader Dr Adrian Liew met with Professor Chris Moore, Executive Director International at the Massey Business School, Massey University, on Tuesday 8 November.
NZIE has had a long relationship with Massey and a number of NZIE graduates have been awarded study pathways over the years. This relationship has been further strengthened over the past 18 months with the involvement of two senior Business and Management lecturers in the development of our Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Business Level 8.
At this meeting, Professor Chris Moore renewed our agreement with Massey University which allows NZIE graduates from the Diploma in Applied Business, Level 5 to pathway into Massey’s Bachelors degrees with students being awarded up to 60 credits towards their programme. Today NZIE and Massey discussed some new pathways for those students completing NZIE’s Diploma in Applied Business Level 7 and Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Business Level 8 into Postgraduate level study at Massey University. Professor Chris Moore says they are looking forward to developing these postgraduate study options for NZIE’s graduates.
