<\/a>– 283 COVID-19 cases confirmed in NZ, 27 cases have recovered NZ is implementing stronger measurements to prevent the spread of COVID 19
– The government has temporarily closed the NZ boarders to all travellers
– Temporary visa holders including student visa holders can no longer enter in NZ

New Zealand’s Level 4 COVID 19 alert<\/a> system specifies public health and social measures to be taken against COVID 19

The health and wellbeing of international students is our number one priority. ENZ<\/a> is working closely with New Zealand education providers and government agencies to ensure students have the support and information they need.
What this means for students<\/strong>
Visa advice: Students remaining in New Zealand need to make sure they apply for a new student visa before current visa expires. Visas due to expire between 1 April and 9 July 2020: visas will be extended to late September. <\/li><\/ul>
Support students with mental health, accommodation and health information.

2) Transform:<\/strong>
New Zealand\u2019s international education sector so that it is fit for purpose for a changed world and more resilient to future shock
