When I had my business, I designed the mermaid tails that I was selling. But when it came to marketing and social media marketing, I felt a bit lost. I wanted to have strategies that would help my business grow.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">My highlights from studying at NZIE<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> were the connections that I felt with other students. Even though we were working remotely, and we didn&#8217;t have much interaction, I felt that connection with everyone.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">I enjoyed learning from Rajika.<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> I studied with her for most of my Diploma. She was either working as a tutor or helping us with our assignments and answering all our endless questions. I felt that she was patient with us.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Initially, when I thought about studying, I was interested in the Digital Design paper. And then when I got into it, I think <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">I enjoyed Web Design the most.<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Because that used a little bit of design, it also helped me incorporate other aspects and think about how the whole course fitted together holistically. It made me think about SEO and user experience, plus data and how it all fits together. And I think I probably gained the most value from that course.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">I felt the course was flexible<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, especially in terms of being online. <\/span><\/p><h5 style=\"text-align: center\">I was initially very hesitant because I wanted to do the course in person and the course moved online, but it worked out perfectly because I have children.
