Recently, NZIE hosted a memorable graduation ceremony that did just that, honouring the achievements of our students in a meaningful way.<\/p><h3>The Event<\/h3><p>Held at the B:Hive in Takapuna, Auckland, the event kicked off at 6:30 pm and wrapped up around 9:00 pm. Just under 40 students, surrounded by 16 NZIE staff members \u2014 including the CEO Rob Marks, Academic Manager Laurie Richardson, Programme Leader Miriam Seifert, and various academic and support staff \u2014 were celebrated for their accomplishments.<\/p><h3>A Highlight<\/h3><p>One of the highlights of the evening was a performance by a Kapa Haka group, which added a special cultural dimension to the event. This moment marked the official recognition of each student\u2019s hard work and achievements, symbolising their transition from students to graduates.<\/p><h3>Valedictorian Spotlight: Jessica Prujean<\/h3><p>Jessica Prujean was named valedictorian, a well-deserved recognition of her outstanding achievements and resilience. Her speech resonated with her fellow graduates, reflecting the challenges and triumphs they all experienced during their time at NZIE.<\/p><h3>Cultural Support at NZIE<\/h3><p>NZIE takes pride in incorporating cultural elements into our ceremonies.
