Transcript:

First I was trying to start to describe how I choose NZIE. So back when when I was in Brazil I was looking for different schools that provide business courses and something related to leadership and this kind of stuff. And I end up finding through my agency NZIE and I was really happy with it.

First for the location – Takapuna is a beautiful place, close to the beach, it was a nice place to start to live in. Then to the course itself. So the thing that got me hooked it was that we can have different subjects in the short period of time. So in the course I learned about like overall business management but I also learned about a little bit on  research, a little bit about marketing. And these are things that I was not expecting to learn about because it’s not on my field of working but end up turned out really good because I learned a lot of new stuff.

So yeah the course was pretty good and this open box of options end up giving me the opportunity to join into the internship. I was not thinking about at start so I end up here at ‘I am NZ’ in the marketing team with Mella which was an awesome opportunity. As I said I was not thinking about working in marketing so it gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about new things and how an organisation is marketing to their people. Marketing it’s awesome because everyone needs to know about it if you are working on the huge organisation, on a small one or even for yourself, you need to learn how to market yourself for employee.

So what do you think about my work here [Mella]? I am just chuffed! He has been fantastic and I’ve learned so much myself and hopefully he’s learned from us as well it’s just been a very very positive fantastic experience and I just can’t rave about it enough!
