Thiago comes from a very creative and artistic background after gaining a Bachelor in Fine Arts. In addition to specialising in teaching. Furthermore, he has worked as a sculptor and is very talented at drawing and painting. Thiago originally had motivations of learning digital marketing so he could sell his art online. NZIE teachers are from India, New Zealand, England so you get a big bundle of viewpoints. Not just a New Zealand and Kiwi perspective, more like a whole world perspective of what’s going on. So yes, I would definitely recommend studying at NZIE.
Where creativity meets digital confidence
I come from an Art and Design background, so my experience with the NZIE course, to be completely honest was hard. It’s not easy but at the same time it’s worth it. There’s a lot of things you will learn and study up on, and so it’s a lot of pressure. Especially alongside work if you’re working and your life. However, it all comes to a place, where you’ll be like ‘Oh I know so many things now and I feel so much more confident.’
What the future holds for Thiago
My current goal is to start a career where I can merge my creative skills. Such as Graphic Design and Content Creation. And combine them with my technical skills in SEO and Data Analysis.
During the final stage of study, I developed a passion for Digital Marketing Strategies (as a general topic). But took a shine to Content Marketing and Data Analysis (as more focused skills). Now I’m aiming to learn more in depth about all the related topics and combine this knowledge with my older existing skills.
We are so proud of Thiago and excited about him reaching his full creative potential. NZIE are stoked to have helped Thiago discover his digital confidence and upskill him with new skills. Technical skills that he is now passionate about.
