Juliette Moore is the Director of Fulfilment at Harper Digital. Alongside her husband and business partner, Matt Moore, (and their very cute bunny rabbit mascot) she’s been working with New Zealand and Australian businesses of all shapes and sizes for over 12 years.

As a director at Harper Digital, her objective is to make small businesses look great and perform better online in order to acquire more customers.

We interviewed Juliette to chat about Harper Digital, and how NZIE’s graduates have contributed to their success.

Working with NZIE graduates

The agency has hired roughly 5 graduates from NZIE, with plans to hire more.

“Our experience with hiring graduates that have studied at NZIE is that they tend to come to us with real world perspective, their knowledge is really grounded in practical applications of digital marketing. They know the tools, and they know, beyond just the theory of marketing, how to actually execute on the campaign for our business. And so that’s been really valuable.”

Why Digital Marketing Is The Best Industry

I think digital marketing is the best industry. Mainly because it’s growing so fast. It’s changing at an incredible pace. But it’s also so necessary. It’s not going anywhere, the internet’s around forever, and how digital marketing beats out traditional forms of marketing is that it’s instant, and it’s measurable, and it’s transparent. You know exactly what’s happening. You can see exactly the outputs from what you’re putting into things. It’s easy to measure your return on investment. And it’s not fluffy. Its really data driven, and that’s why I love it.

NZIE is proud to work alongside Harper Digital as an Industry Partner.
